Terms of Service

GENERAL
-Small changes are possible for free.
-I am allowed to decline your commission.
-I am allowed to refund and cancel your commission to any given moment.
-I have all rights on the commission to use it as self-advertisment crediting the character/s owner/s.
-The commissioner can share the artwork with proper given credits on any media they wish to and with my watermark on it.
-The commissioner isn't allowed to modify the commission without consulting me first.
-Always provide clear references and description trying to avoid wall of text.PAYMENTS
-Payment comes before I start your commission
-Commission will be started as soon as I receive the payment if I'm not working on other commissions at the time.
-First come, first served policy.
-For detailed characters an additional fee may be applied.REVISIONS
-I will be sending the finished rough sketch for the client to review before continuing on the commission, I won't be continuing to work on it until I will have green light from the client.
-Be sure to check your given communication service/s for the various updates on your commission as the more you delay, the more time it will take for the piece to be completed.
-If I don't hear anything from you after sending the sketch for revision for 4 days, I will then take it as you accept the sketch as it is and I will complete it.
-I prefer getting at least two ways of contacting you in case messages don't get through for any reason.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
-I don't really work with deadlines as they would make me rush on my work even though I pretty "quick" when it comes to commissions.
-Depending on complexity, delivery could happen between 1 and 3 weeks, the time you take to review the sketch may effect this as well.USE
-You can use the artworks you commission for personal purposes for free.
-You maybe post your commission on other medias as long as you give me proper credits.
-Commercial use will come with a fee.REFUNDS
-No refunds after the sketch is approved.COMMUNICATION
-Communication can happen through DMs (on vGen and Social Media)
